How NAD+ IV Infusion Works

NAD+ is a coenzyme present in every living cell. It shuttles electrons through the electron transport chain, making it the rate-limiting substrate for ATP production in the mitochondria. It is also the required cofactor for the sirtuin (SIRT1–SIRT7) and PARP enzyme families, which regulate DNA repair, inflammation and metabolic gene expression.
